Annapurna Foothills from the viewpoint on Poon Hill offers the best of all trekking in Nepal. Trekking in the magnificent mountain scenery through attractive villages occupied by the Gurungs, dense rhododendron forests full of unique species of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys. Itinerary in Details
| Day 01 | : | Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Leisure day |
| Day 02 | : | Kathmandu : Breakfast at hotel and start sightseeing by visiting Durbar Square known as the spiritual heart of Kathmandu Valley. The Old Royal Palace in the center is surrounded by temples and other important commercial buildings which make it the most important point in Kathmandu to observe and see the culture and religion of Nepal especially when you visit the temple of living goddess Kumari. After Durbar square we move to visit Swayambhunath and see one of the largest stupa as the most important and oldest site of Buddhist worship in Nepal. Swayambhunath Stupa is famous for the eyes of Buddha which seem to be observing the world from all 4 directions. After Swayambhunath we visit Bodhnath and find the largest Stupa of Nepal. Around the octagonal base of Stupa there are 108 images of Buddha where prayer ceremonies of Buddhist Lamas are taking place since over 2000 years. Hotel-Meals: B |
| Day 03 | : | Kathamndu-Pokhara : Breakfast at hotel transfer to domestic airport for flight to Pokhara (30 minute flight). Pokhara is the second biggest valley in the central hilly region of Nepal after Kathmandu and gateway to Annapurna region Himalayas. The town of Pokhara itself is at an altitude of just 900 m on the Seti Khola River Overshadowed by the fishtail mountain (6,999 m), one of the most beautiful mountains of the world. | Day 04 | : | After breakfast drive from Pokhara to Naya Pul (New Bridge) to begin approximately four hours Trek to Tirkhedhunga/Ulleri. (1577m.) crossing above a river, jungle with flora and fauna, Meals at camping site: BLD |
| Day 05 | : | Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani (2855m.) : A steep ascending up to Ulleri and gradually climbing up to Ghorepani takes about 7 hours. You will walk whole day through dense forest of Rhododendron, oak trees and bamboo grooves watching beautiful rhododendron and orchid flowers with fluttery enjoyment of the chipping birds and butterflies. | Day 06 | : | Poon hill to Tadapani (2540m.): Early morning we will climb upwards to Poon Hill (3193m.) to see the beautiful sun rise and colorful mountains in the surroundings; Mt. Annapurna South 7219m., Mt. Dhaulagiri 8167m., Tent Peak, Thapa Peak, Hiun Chuli 6441m., Annapurna III 7855m., Annapurna II 7937m., Annapurna IV 7525 m., Mt. Lamjung 6931m., and many other peaks in Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. Trek back to Ghorepani for breakfast and commence your trek to Tadapani you can enjoy the panoramic Mountain View and flora faunas on the trail. Meals at camping site: BLD |

| Day 10 | : | Breakfast at hotel then drive about three hours to Charaundi from where the rafting adventure begins. Before you start sailing, our rafting guide gives you a small briefing about river, rapids and paddling techniques. | Day 14 | : | Today we drive to Patan previously called to be the second largest town in the valley
but now most of it absorbed into Kathmandu City. Patan was previously known as
Lalitpur (the beautiful city). The famous King Ashoka built the Stupas at four corners
of the town in 250 BC. The temple architectural structure gave this city fame to be
unique and most beautiful. After Patan we proceed to Bhaktapur, the third biggest city
of the valley which has successfully preserved it's medieval characters better than
Patan. Here we visit the golden Door, the Palace of 55 windows (15th century) and
Pagoda Nyatapola (18th century).
