Ghandruk Trek - 05 days
This short trek provides excellent introduction into trekking whilst also providing some wonderful close up views of both the sacred mountains Macchapuchre (Fishtail) and Annapurna South. Our destination is a beautiful and ornate village of Ghandruk, home to the Annapurna Conservation Area Project. Here you have a opportunity to visit the project and discover at first hand the conservation work being carried out. A refreshing three days trip gives you an insight of inside mountain life.
Itinerary in Details
| Day 01 | : | Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (7 hours), overnight stay at hotel. |
| Day 02 | : | Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul for trek to Ghandruk (1940 m.). |
| Day 03 | : | Ghandruk to Pothana (1900 m.) |
| Day 04 | : | Trek from Pothana to Dhampus and Phedi later drive back to Pokhara for overnight stay at Hotel |
| Day 05 | : | Drive or flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu |
