Hiunchuli Peak Climbing - 18 days
Hiunchuli,Peak standing at the height of 6,441 meters, appears to shape the massive south-facing wall combining with Annapurna South. Its eastern face overlooks the Modi Khola and acts as a picket to the entrance of Annapurna Sanctuary. An American Peace Corps Expedition first climbed Hiunchuli in October 1971 via the southeast face. Technically, the mountain is not difficult to climb but the unpredictable falling of rocks and land sliding makes it vulnerable. The other problem is tracking your way in some what puzzled tracks in this route Even though it offers challenges to test your potentials to explore major new routes; it has received little attention from mountaineers and is rarely climbed.
