Risks and Liabilities
We affirmatively take steps to put our efforts towards making your journey smooth and pleasant. However, as all Tibet tour is dominated strictly under rules and regulations of Tibet tourism authority, we or our Tibetan counterpart agents shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation of programs due to unavoidable circumstances such as road blockade, flood, snow, unrest, cancellation of flight, delayed arrival of clients, sickness or accidents, breakdown of vehicles. Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot. It is strongly advisable for clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risks. Insurance against the loss of funds due to cancellation is highly commendable.
Liabilities :
The liability of Seven Peaks and its affiliated companies are rigidly limited. As a tour operator we organize certain travel services, including overland, air tickets, tours, trekking and expeditions.
We reserve the right to increase the price in the event of uncertain cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency fluctuations, entrance fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Due to the special geographical conditions in Tibet, sometime your tour itinerary could randomly change in case of obstructions occurring due to road collapse, road construction, military or government injunction, etc. Any extra cost incurring in such cases is payable by the client.
Insurance :
Prior Travel Insurance in your homeland is strongly advisable to participate on any trip to Tibet. When selecting a travel insurance policy for this trip it is essential to get complete medical and emergency mishap expenses coverage. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liabilities, cancellation costs, limitations and loss of luggage and personal effects. Tibetan agents may not entertain any claim whatsoever. It is also possible that certain places on the itinerary may not be allowed to visit due to unexpected government decision.
